Our Chef
Óscar Molina
Since 2008, chef Óscar Molina has shaped the culinary offering at the Ibiza Gran Hotel, from the Grand Breakfast at Costa Mara to Mirai and Musa in the hotel lobby, and his most personal project: Brula.
Today, this new name continues along that path with signature cuisine that draws its inspiration from Ibiza, its produce and its Mediterranean identity. A culinary offering where local ingredients, authentic flavours and contrasts come together to create a unique experience on the island.
